Audience: Beginners or early-career professionals/students
Duration: 8 hours (can be split into 2 sessions)

Practice defining what a project should accomplish, who is impacted, and how to establish SMART goals that drive clarity and alignment.Build a work breakdown structure (WBS) and develop simple timelines
Break complex projects into manageable parts using WBS and learn how to create basic schedules using Gantt charts or simple tools like Excel.

Explore basic budgeting, risk identification, and reporting techniques
Gain exposure to simple cost estimation methods, common project risks, and how to track issues and progress with regular status updates.Learn how to track progress and manage change effectively
